Role Descriptions

Designation: Portfolio Manager
Department: Off-Plan Sales
No. of Vacancies: 40 hires
Age Group: 21 – 30 Years old

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: AED 4000/month - 5000/month
  • Lucrative Commissions: (to be discussed only with shortlisted candidates) Other benefits: As per UAE labor law

Requirements:

  • Should have proven sales experience.
  • Follow discipline & good work ethics.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skill & is a fast thinker.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills & possesses excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems (eg: MS Office, Browser tools, etc).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Business development to identify new investors and clients.
  • The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.
  • Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads.
  • Presentation to customers on Off-Plan projects. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.
  • Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
  • Be knowledgeable of the respective markets and all new projects.
  • Manage a portfolio of key projects & a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.
  • Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.

We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive individuals to work in the ever-growing real estate category of ‘Off-Plans’ in Dubai, UAE.

Role Descriptions

Designation: Team Leader
Department: Off-Plan Sales
No. of Vacancies: 5 hires
Age Group: 24 – 34 Years old

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: AED 7000/month - 8000/month
  • Lucrative Commissions: (to be discussed only with shortlisted candidates) Other benefits: As per UAE labor law

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Manager in primary sales (Off plan) with UAE market.
  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience in handling a team.
  • Proven track of successful sales record.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Pleasant and trustworthy.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Preferred Hindi/Urdu speaker.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of sales executives (off plan).
  • Lead and manage sales team to close sales and communicate with their clients effectively.
  • Conduct meetings with team members and briefing to ensure that all team members are aligned with their effort.
  • Going for client meeting with team members.
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Determine presentation to the clients on the project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
  • Consult clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties.
  • Develop new business opportunities by researching prospecting new ventures within the industry.
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate market and best practices.
